Support, access-code requests, privacy questions and content reports.

Customer support

Email support@yourrapvideo.com. For a video issue, include the generation reference, selected model and a short description. For a paid order, include its order reference. We cannot identify a private browser session from a screenshot alone.

Access requests

Ask about an access code and the model you want to use. Codes specify their available model and number of videos. Selecting a model or preparing a text brief does not charge you.

Content and privacy reports

Use the same support address with “Content report” or “Privacy request” in the subject. Include the relevant URL or video reference and describe the issue. Read our content policy, privacy policy and refund process.

Keep sensitive information private

Do not email payment-card details, passwords or API keys. If we need an example of a problem, describe it first and wait for instructions on the minimum information needed.
