Contact support with your order or generation reference so we can check what happened.

Technical failure or missing file

If a request fails and no downloadable video is delivered, email support@yourrapvideo.com. After checking the task, we restore the affected access credit or arrange a replacement. For a paid order, we evaluate a refund when the promised delivery cannot be provided. We do not automatically resubmit an uncertain generation.

Issues with a delivered video

Please contact us within seven days with the reference and a short description of a material problem, such as a missing audio track, an unreadable file or output that materially differs from the ordered specification. We examine the delivered file and request, then propose a replacement or eligible refund. AI likeness, gestures, pronunciation and creative details can vary; a rendered personalized video is not automatically refundable merely because its aesthetic style is not your preference.

Access codes and paid purchases

Complimentary access credits have no monetary refund value. Eligible paid refunds return through the original payment provider and payment method; processing time depends on that provider and your bank. There is no recurring plan to cancel. Contact us before confirming another request if the previous submission is uncertain.

How to contact us

Email support@yourrapvideo.com with the reference, what failed and the date. Never send full card numbers, account passwords or identity documents. Any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.
