This policy explains the information processed by YourRapVideo and how to request help or deletion.

Contact and scope

YourRapVideo operates at yourrapvideo.com. Contact the service at support@yourrapvideo.com for privacy questions or deletion requests. This policy covers the creator, private photo transfers, generation results and customer support.

Before generation

Portraits chosen on your computer and the story you enter remain in browser memory while preparing your video. A free text-brief download contains your text and photo file names, not the photos. Refreshing clears the selections. We do not preload other people’s photos or use your uploads for public examples.

Phone photo transfers

Choosing Upload from phone creates a private ten-minute transfer code. The phone’s code permits uploads; the computer has a separate receipt credential. Photos are temporarily stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, copied into the chosen A/B input, and deleted from transfer storage after the computer successfully receives them. Closing the computer window cancels the transfer and attempts cleanup. Abandoned transfer objects are scheduled for deletion after one day; the storage service may need additional time to complete lifecycle deletion. The code becomes inaccessible after ten minutes.

Generation and processors

After your explicit confirmation, two portraits and a fixed empty-booth scene image are uploaded to private Cloudflare R2 storage. Image links valid for up to six hours, your story, optional name and pronunciation, and written lines are sent to aivideoapi.ai for your selected Seedance model. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and the D1 task database. Before generation, the assembled text prompt is also sent to Waffo for content-safety screening. Only an allow verdict proceeds; its documented scan is stateless and does not retain the original prompt. Providers can process data outside your country under their own terms. Temporary signed image links are readable by anyone holding them until expiry or object deletion; do not share them.

Retention and deletion

When our server observes a completed or failed generation, it attempts to remove the input images and retries cleanup on later task checks. A one-day object lifecycle also covers abandoned input images. Expiry of a link does not itself physically delete an object. Provider retention follows the provider’s policy.

We retain task references, status, selected model, temporary output URLs, object paths and access-credit usage for up to thirty days through scheduled maintenance. We do not retain your full story or photo files in the task database. Support messages may be retained while resolving your request. Contact us with your video reference for deletion; records required for disputes, security or applicable law may be retained longer.

Cookies and access security

A secure HttpOnly session cookie, normally valid for thirty days, connects your browser to its own generation tasks. The browser also keeps the latest task reference in sessionStorage so you can resume checking it. We store hashes of access codes rather than their plaintext. Short-lived rate-limit records use hashed identifiers. No third-party advertising analytics or remote fonts are included.

Phone video downloads

A completed video can be opened with a private ten-minute phone-download code. Anyone holding that code can read that one result while valid. The phone receives a short-lived HttpOnly cookie scoped to the result path. This code cannot generate videos or read input portraits. R2 stores a credential hash and the provider’s output link, not a second video copy. The provider output can expire independently: download promptly.

Payments and your choices

Access-code redemption does not collect payment-card information. If you choose an available hosted checkout, the named payment provider handles billing information under its privacy policy. Do not send card details to customer support. We do not sell your uploaded photos or use them to train our own AI model. You may decline generation, close a transfer, clear browser storage, or request access/deletion by contacting support@yourrapvideo.com.

Adults only

The service and all uploaded performers must be 18 or older. Do not upload children’s portraits. Report suspected misuse through our content policy and reporting channel.
