You must be 18 or older, and both performers must be adults. Do not upload a child’s photo, ask the model to portray a minor, or create sexual or exploitative content involving anyone. Birthday videos are for adult recipients only.

Own or authorize every portrait

Upload your own portrait or one you have permission from the depicted adult to process for this purpose. Permission to view or download a photo is not permission to animate that person. Do not upload stolen, private or intimate images. Do not submit unauthorized celebrity or public-figure likenesses, a third party’s voice or protected music.

No non-consensual or deceptive impersonation

Do not make a person appear to endorse a product, confess, threaten, engage in intimacy or say something damaging without their authorization. Fraud, identity theft, political deception, fake evidence and impersonating an official or another individual are prohibited. Do not represent a generated video as authentic footage. Clearly identify shared results as AI-generated.

No harmful content

Do not request pornography, sexual violence, exploitation, hate targeting protected groups, threats, doxxing, targeted harassment, self-harm encouragement, illegal instructions or graphic violence. No use of the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property rights or applicable law is allowed.

Reporting and removal

Report content to support@yourrapvideo.com with the video reference or URL, a description of the concern and how you are affected. State whether the issue involves a minor, non-consensual likeness use, impersonation or rights infringement. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or illegal material. We review reports, can restrict access to hosted links, seek information needed to verify authorization, and refuse further requests. Downloaded copies outside the service may require action with the place where they were published.

Appeals and questions

If you believe a restriction is mistaken, reply to the support conversation with the reference and a concise explanation. The text prompt is screened before generation; blocked requests do not consume a generation credit. Our generation provider may also apply its own safeguards.
